How to motivate yourself for a new hobby
A new hobby regardless of the age, is never too late. You will be surprised how it can change your life. The purpose of healthy habit is to elevate the mind, to release anxiety and to slow down. Healthy Habits is referred to actions we do daily and regularly from sports to art etc. There are many habits you can start with and can definitely can assure a healthier body and mind. Usually many activities, we start as adults are with the purpose of body's image and looking exactly as women we see through social media or magazine and forgetting to embrace our bodies however the imperfections may look.
Beginning by following a healthy diet which include nutrients and meals that satisfy the body. Always considering priority of health and safety standards. So many alternative ways to be perfect into our imperfection with compassion, patient and love are waiting for us!
What I do often is some journaling and questions that can guarantee you an improvement of your life such as:
How do I take care my body?
What I am eating in a day?
How often do I exercise?
How I am treating myself?
How am I feeling in the end of the day?
I realised that doing these few steps I am closer to my dream.
Why?Let's analyse it.
While I do journaling I am emptying thoughts in my head, I am true to my self, I empathise my self and recognise what I need to improve either to my diet or my exercise.
A person with a healthy body image has an objective, undistorted view of their body and appearance. Having very good health perception, making regular exercises were predictors in enhancing the quality of life.
Do you recognise your kinesthetic awareness of your own body?
At first kinesthesia is the internal awareness of a body. At psychology the physical movement is the perception of body movements. It involves being able to detect changes in body position and movements without relying on information from the five senses.
The bodywork is a movement art on many levels and the key to that movement is kinesthetic awareness. It is depending on individual's needs and must be approached in a way that acknowledges this individuality.
Kinesthetic receptor are any of the sensory receptors that monitor the position and movement. These are founded in muscles, tendons and joints thereby these receptors inform the brain about the position, shape and direction of your body's movement. This information is processed continuously, creating what amounts to an ever-changing kinesthetic awareness.

This picture gives us an awareness of how a part, or all, of this body feels at any given moment—the position of limbs, the tension in shoulders, the amount of space your body occupies, the distance of the feet from the waist, and so on.
While exploring our individuals needs, we often hear about the physical benefits of exercise. It is saying that exercising can promote psychological well-being and can improve quality of life. Even a 30 min per day to exercise can have a positive influence to body and mind.
This is a kinesthetic awareness of improving self-esteem and increased satisfaction with oneself and obviously improving body image.

Health can be defined as physical, mental, and social wellbeing, and as a resource for living a happy life. It refers at the absence of disease, the ability to recover and bounce back from illness and other diseases. Few steps that can be taken in order to improve the perception of ourselves.
I’ll highlight a few of the steps below.
