Harmony Day with Dance

When sun rises begin to shine, the nature melodies or urban sounds wake us up, a day is about to start. Getting up from the bed by listen all the sounds and prepare the body to awake with some gentile and basic moves, in natural rhythm where your body will feel nice. It is a process for starting a day with gratitude and boosting yourself with energy.

The movement itself is therapeutic for body and mind, because when our body is in motion the brain is realising any tense, any emotion we may feel. It allows all muscles to wake in harmony.





A rhythmic way of the body, has the purpose of mental and physical health. It is a great activity to stay in shape and to pursue at almost any age provided you are in proper health to handle the rigors of dancing for life.

Music works as a motivation can inspire us to shake, rattle and roll (or at least tap our feet!).

Dance offers a new perspective to view the world. Don’t like to dance? Think of it as enhancing your brainpower, and a fun way to keep healthy and fit.




We need the opportunity to silence the buzz and pings of constant notifications, and instead plug into our real-time theater. We need that sense of purpose, attending to beauty of our inner world. We need a reminder of the importance of physical interaction and the range of communication that our bodies, in the flesh, can accomplish.

We’ve always known dancing is a great way for your body to stay in shape. It can significantly improve muscle strength as well as endurance and balance. All of these things help ensure healthy longevity.


Because dance is a multi-tasking activity, many studies show it can improve cognitive function and even slow the aging process. The basic conclusion? Dancing works out your body and your brain!

By dancing you'll enhance the brainpower, from preventing or reducing any mental disease such as parkinson's, alzheimer , and escaping or diversion from stress and pain through a change in emotion, or states of consciousness, and/or physical capability, becoming even more aware of yourself, it is a time given to you and you can do it any time of a day.




A rhythm is a natural medicine for our mental and physical health. A regular dance movement or activity has shown that improve brain function and boost memory, attention and focus, positive behaviour, social and emotional development.


Movement is a treatment for a healthier and harmony life.
